Computer Science Fundamentals - Kdg - 5th Grade

We welcome elementary school teachers to sign up for a free, high-quality professional development workshop from an experienced computer science facilitator. The workshop will provide an intro to computer science, pedagogy, overview of the online curriculum, teacher dashboard, and strategies for teaching “unplugged” classroom activities. Workshops last 6-7 hours and will prepare you to teach the Code Studio courses for grades K-5. CS Fundamental Intro Workshops
​This workshop is intended for educators that have very little or no experience with CS Fundamentals curriculum. This is a foundational course designed to introduce basic coding concepts. Educators will leave the workshop series knowing how to access the lessons, implement the lessons, use the management system, and implement powerful teaching strategies.

Summer 2025 - Bootcamp Workshop Opportunities

CS Bootcamp Workshops
​This three full-day workshop series is designed to equip educators with a foundational and fundamental  computer science curriculum, practical connections to educational robotics, and the tools to seamlessly integrate computer science into the core curriculum.

During this program, educators can expect to deepen their computer science pedagogy, explore curriculum applications, expand their confidence teaching CS, and grow as a community of learners.
